Guarantee/Policies - All of our merchandise
is guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase, to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse,
neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. No C.O.D. return orders
will be accepted by Greg’s Automotive. Any suspected defective item
must be authorized prior to return and shipping must be prepaid by customer.
Returns - You may return new, unopened
items sold by Greg’s Automotive within 60 days of delivery for a product
price refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please email us for instructions before returning items.
If your item becomes defective more than 60 days past the shipment date
and it is under warranty, you must contact the manufacturer for repair or
replacement. This applies to watches and clocks only.
Partial Refunds - 25% restocking
fee will be charged for the following items:
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software. (If you discover that the item is defective
after the package is opened, a replacement will still be granted.)
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Exchanges - Exchanges are accepted
for 60 days from the date of purchase. Please email us for instructions.
Liability - The seller, Greg‘s
Automotive, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed
or implied warranty or merchant ability of fitness for a purpose, and Greg‘s
Automotive neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for
it any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise. Greg‘s
Automotive will be responsible only for "the products sold by us."
Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity
of the product proved to be defective by Greg‘s Automotive. Neither
seller or manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct
or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability of product.
After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection
thereof.
Shipping Times - Greg’s Automotive
is not responsible for service transit time. Shipping time information is
provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit
times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Image & Typographical Errors
- We check our information very carefully
before updating our web site; however, an occasional error may occur. Therefore,
we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information including pricing
without notice.
Prices and Quantity Limits - We reserve the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even
after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our
sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit
sales to dealers. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect
price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the
product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has
been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will
promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
