Troubleshooting
Unsure if your order went through?
Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you receive an
error. Please check with customer service Your
Order before attempting to place the order again.
No Confirmation Email? If you
did not receive the confirmation email, it is likely that there was a mistake
in your email address or you have spam blocker settings that will not allow
the email to be delivered.
Empty Shopping Cart. If your
Shopping Cart is empty or items are missing from it, it is likely that your
browser is not accepting Cookies, Java Script or the yellow add to cart
button was not pressed.
Other troubleshooting tips.
- Refresh the page. If a page
loads partially or takes a long time to load, clicking the "Stop"
button at the top of your browser and then clicking "Reload"
or "Refresh" often solves the problem.
- Clear your cache. Most Web
browsers temporarily store a local copy of every page you visit. Clearing
your cache deletes those files and makes room for new ones. Go to your
browers help section on how to clear your cache.
